If you require expedited delivery, you can contact us at support@sanyipacetoilet.com. If available, the additional surcharge will be borne by you (the customer).

Shipping Locations

1. Shipping Country: United States Only(Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

2. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.

Order processing & Shipping Time

Order processing time

We will process your order within 0–24 hours of placing the order. For weekends or public holidays, orders are usually shipped within 72 hours. If the product is out of stock, we will communicate with you by email about whether to continue waiting. If you do not wait, the order will be canceled. (We will not process orders on weekends.)

Shipping Time

The shipping time is generally 3-8 days. If the US warehouse is out of stock, we will contact you by email. If you are willing to wait, we will arrange transportation from Hong Kong, China, and the transportation time is about 20-30 days. If you are unwilling to wait, the order will be cancelled. Please understand.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

All our products will be shipped by express methods like DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics etc. We will use our discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed quickly when the weather permits. We will use our discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Order Cancelation

We accept order cancelation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

If you (the customer) still insist on canceling the order, please refuse to accept the package or return it to us after accepting it. The customer will bear the cost of round-trip transportation.

Tracking Order

Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatched email. You can check your order directly at “Track Order” on our website.

If the parcel has not arrived after you had expected it to, please get in touch with us, and we will be more than happy to help by contacting the courier on your behalf.

Taxes & Duties

SanyipaceToilet is responsible for Customs taxes or VAT Fees for all customers from the United States.

SanyipaceToilet does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or undelivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or undelivered. Please contact your local postal service.

Disclaimers

SanyipaceToilet does not hold responsibility for items that are shown as delivered in the tracking system, but that the client reports as undelivered. Please contact the shipping company to locate the item or your local police to report the packaging's theft.

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
