    Shipping is $0.00 USD (flat rate) for all orders.
    You only pay for the product cost at checkout.

    Any additional surcharge for expedited shipping will be paid by the customer.

  1. Shipping Country: United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

  2. We do not deliver to: FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 0–24 hours (business days).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking details.

Shipping Time

  • In stock (US warehouse): estimated delivery in 3–8 business days.

  • If the US warehouse is temporarily out of stock, we’ll email you with options:

    • Wait for restock, or

    • Cancel for a full refund if you prefer not to wait.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Carriers

We ship via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics, or other comparable services.
Carrier selection depends on your address and package size for safe delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
If an address is incomplete/incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned to sender. If we need additional information, we’ll contact you by email.

Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Before shipment: You may request cancellation or changes for a full refund.

  • After shipment: We can no longer cancel the order. If you still wish to cancel, you may:

    • Refuse delivery, or

    • Request a return after delivery (see Return Policy)

In these cases, the customer may be responsible for any round-trip shipping costs charged by the carrier (unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or our error).

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking code will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
You can also track your order using Track Order on our website.

If the parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll help by contacting the courier on your behalf.

Taxes & Duties

For orders shipped within the United States, we cover applicable sales tax / import-related charges, so you won’t be asked to pay extra at delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members/neighbors, your building’s mailroom, and contact the carrier first.

  • If the package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist with the carrier investigation.

Please note: We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to support you with documentation and next steps.

SanyipaceToilet does not hold responsibility for items that are shown as delivered in the tracking system, but that the client reports as undelivered. Please contact the shipping company to locate the item or your local police to report the packaging's theft.
