  • Shipping Country: United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

  • Orders are shipped from our US warehouse.

  • We do not deliver to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.

Europe

  • Shipping Countries: Germany, France, Italy, and Spain only.

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Germany or Spain.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Orders are typically processed within 0–24 hours (business days).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking details.

If the US warehouse is temporarily out of stock, we'll email you with available options:

Europe

  • In stock (Germany/Spain warehouse): estimated delivery in 1–5 days.

If the nearest European warehouse is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you by email with available options:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Taxes & Duties

United States

For orders shipped within the United States, all applicable taxes and import-related charges are included. No additional fees will be collected upon delivery.

Europe

For orders shipped to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain from our European warehouses, all applicable VAT and import-related charges are included. No additional customs duties or delivery fees will be charged upon delivery.

Carriers

We ship via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics, or other comparable services.
Carrier selection depends on your address and package size for safe delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
If an address is incomplete/incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned to sender. If we need additional information, we’ll contact you by email.

Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Before shipment: You may request cancellation or changes for a full refund.

  • After shipment: We can no longer cancel the order. If you still wish to cancel, you may:

    • Refuse delivery, or

    • Request a return after delivery (see Return Policy)

In these cases, the customer may be responsible for any round-trip shipping costs charged by the carrier (unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or our error).

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking code will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
You can also track your order using “Track Order” on our website.

If the parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll help by contacting the courier on your behalf.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members/neighbors, your building’s mailroom, and contact the carrier first.

  • If the package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist with the carrier investigation.

Please note: We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to support you with documentation and next steps.

SanyipaceToilet does not hold responsibility for items that are shown as delivered in the tracking system, but that the client reports as undelivered. Please contact the shipping company to locate the item or your local police to report the packaging's theft.
