The official website product is covered with SanyipaceToilet product warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Limited Warranty
SanyipaceToilet only provides a one-year warranty service for the purchase of the entire toilet (excluding batteries).
If any defects in materials or craftsmanship arise under regular use within the first year after delivery, SanyipaceToilet will provide replacement parts at no cost. Alternatively, at our discretion, we may replace any product or part that is deemed defective, as long as it has been subjected to normal installation, use, service, or maintenance. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase will be required for any claims.
SanyipaceToilet recommends all installations of SanyipaceToilet products be conducted by a licensed, professional plumber or contractor. SanyipaceToilet will not be held responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper installation, misuse, or failure to utilize a licensed professional for installation. Please note that SanyipaceToilet is not liable for any costs associated with installation or removal.
SanyipaceToilet shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of parts purchased from an unauthorized dealer. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
Exclusions
SanyipaceToilet's warranty does not apply to:
- Any damages are unrelated to manufacturing defects.
- Any unsuitable environment or use of the product.
- Any product that has been modified without official permission.
- Any product purchased through a third-party retailer or reseller who is not an authorized SANYIPACE dealer.
- Limited to Original Consumer Buyer.
- Accidental damage and normal wear and tear from in-home use.
- The installer failed to follow the recommended installation guidelines.
- The product has been moved from its initial place of installation.
- The product has in any way been modified from its original packaged state.
- The product has been subjected to improper maintenance, abuse, misuse, excessive use of chemicals, accidents, other damages, etc.
Process for Repair
Step 1:
Please get in touch with us by email at support@sanyipacetoilet.com, let us know your problem, and confirm the solution.
Step 2:
Please send us pictures or videos of the product you need to repair. Once we confirm that the product needs to be repaired, we will send you a shipping label. (The shipping label is only valid if your product is within the warranty period. If the warranty period is exceeded, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping fee.)
Step 3:
We confirm the goods have been returned check the problem and repair it, and then send it back to you once the product is back to normal working order. Please also email us your
specific contact details (name, cell phone number, detailed address, ZIP code).
Step 4:
We will send the goods back to you. Thank You For Your Cooperation!
Shipping Costs
SanyipaceToilet shall be responsible for the shipping costs of providing the shipping label to the customer and returning the product to the customer after the repair is completed during this limited warranty period.
Outside the warranty period (more than one year after the purchase date), the cost of returning the product to SanyipaceToilet for repair shall be borne by the customer. SanyipaceToilet shall be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to the customer.
Any product returned to SanyipaceToilet without after-sales customer service return authorization or proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
