  1. Shipping Countries: Germany, France, Italy, and Spain only.
  2. All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Germany or Spain.
  3. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Estimated delivery time is 1–6 business days. In the event of unexpected inventory shortages, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return or exchange request provided that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
